Privacy policy

Norfleet Creations is a creative production company based in Saint-Hubert, Québec. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Isaiah Norfleet, founder. You can reach him at info@norfleet.ca or +1 438 812-7715.

Inquiries: when you write to us (by email, or with the Start a Project form, which opens an email in your own mail app), we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email, business and project details. We use it to answer you and prepare a quote.

Bookings: real estate shoots are booked through Aryeo, our order system. Aryeo collects the property address, your contact details and payment information to process the order, under its own privacy policy. We use the booking to plan, deliver and invoice the shoot.

The light planner on the booking page: the address you type is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service and to Natural Resources Canada to find the property, and the property’s approximate coordinates are sent to the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway) for the forecast. These lookups pass through our server without being stored or logged by us. Map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap.

Basic statistics: our host, Cloudflare, counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks toward booking, video plays). It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_… for up to six months. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and we never send Google your name, email, a property address or form answers.

If you decline, no Google Analytics code loads. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again for six months. You can change it at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal are treated as a refusal.

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), Aryeo (bookings and payments), and, for the light planner, OpenStreetMap, Natural Resources Canada and MET Norway. The Google reviews shown on the site come from Google and are displayed under Google’s terms.

Some of these providers store information outside Québec, including in the United States and Europe. We choose providers with appropriate protection for this kind of information.

We keep project correspondence and booking records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our accounting and tax obligations (generally seven years), then delete them.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent to its use, by writing to info@norfleet.ca. We answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
