I started Norfleet Creations to make work that is planned properly — where the idea, the shoot and the edit all answer to the same brief. I set the creative direction on every project and stay accountable for the standard of what gets delivered.
Depending on what a project calls for, I bring in trusted production and post collaborators — camera, sound, lighting, editing — so the crew fits the work rather than the other way around. You always know who is on your project before the shoot day.

We work fast without rushing the shot — arriving with a plan, shooting what we agreed, and reviewing the edit against the brief before it reaches you.

We plan before we shoot
A shot list, a schedule and a location plan you approve. Nothing on the day is improvised except the good parts.
One creative direction
Isaiah directs the project from brief to delivery, whoever is on the crew that week.
We finish properly
Colour, sound, cutdowns and file naming — delivered organised enough to use straight away.
Where we shoot
Montréal, and wherever the project is
Based in Montréal, Québec. Most shoots happen on the island, the South Shore and Laval; travel beyond that is quoted with the project. We work in English and in French.
