Exteriors look their best with the sun on the front of the home and a clear sky. Interiors can be shot in any weather.
Book the shoot
Bookings go through Aryeo, our order system. Choose your services, then enter your preferred time at the scheduling step. We confirm every appointment.
Before you book
- Travel: free within 15 km of Saint-Hubert, then $2.50 per km.
- Weekends: $100 extra for a Saturday or Sunday shoot.
- Weather: if it rains, we’ll let you know the evening before or by 8 a.m. and reschedule at no charge. If you can’t wait, we shoot the interiors as planned and come back once, free, for the exteriors and drone within 7 days. If the drone can’t fly, we take its value off the price ($125 for photos, $195 for video).
- Cancellation and rescheduling: free more than 24 hours before the shoot. Under 24 hours: a $150 trip fee. Cancelled on site, or no access when we arrive: 50% of the booking (minimum $150). Once the shoot has started, the full price applies and you receive everything already shot. Weather never costs you anything.
